Your nutrition is foundational to your health. There’s just no way around it! And unfortunately, generic doesn’t work. My approach is going to look different depending on whether you have PCOS, anaemia, dysmenorrhoea, SIBO, histamine intolerance, Gilbert’s syndrome, Graves disease, Hashimotos, or (you name something here).

I LOVE using practical, personalised, evidence-based nutrition strategies that meet you WHERE you are at. This may look like small, specific steps or it may be a fully personalised meal plan with shopping lists and recipes. Just depends on what YOU need.
