Period Workbook for Teen Girls
This is the workbook that I wish I had when I when I got my first period! I have wanted to create something like this for years. But life gets busy… and I was procrastinating on this vision. THEN, an incredible mum (who completed my Women’s Health Masterclass Series!), said, “Have you thought about creating something for younger girls?”. That was the encouragement I needed.
My goal through this workbook is to empower girls and their mums. Having a healthy menstrual cycle is an incredibly important part of being a healthy woman!
In this workbook, I have covered the biological basics of periods in a fun, practical way. I’ve endeavored to dispel key myths like “don’t exercise when you are on your period”. I’ve also included key nutritional and lifestyle recommendations to support a healthy menstrual cycle. Then (of course!), my period survival tips, ways to reduce PMS, my recommendations on sanitary products, key tips on period hygiene, and so much more!
